The Walsall Schools’ Weblogs are designed for primary and secondary aged children with supporting information for parents and teachers. Walsall Schools’ Weblogs is provided by cyberSaps. The Walsall Schools’ Weblogs offer a wide variety of professionally mediated weblogs and discussion groups.

BY USING Walsall Schools’ Weblogs YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ANY MODIFICATIONS WHICH MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AT: http://www.walsallschools.org.

These Terms of Use govern the use of Walsall Schools’ Weblogs and apply to all materials that are or become available on Walsall Schools’ Weblogs, including but not limited to written materials, graphic materials and sound ("the Materials").

1. Uses Permitted You may download on any computer and print for your own private and non-commercial use a single copy of items of the Materials. Educational institutions may download and make a reasonable number of copies of the Materials for teaching purposes only, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact. You are not permitted to reproduce the Materials in any other way or use them for any other purpose. Any modification or use for any other purpose may infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights, including trademarks, in the Materials.The use of the Materials on any other Website is prohibited. You shall not post, republish, transmit, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, lend, transfer or use or exploit the Materials in any way for commercial gain or otherwise use the Materials in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms of Use.
2. User's Obligation To Abide By Applicable Law When using Walsall Schools’ Weblogs, you shall abide by all applicable laws, including those pertaining to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement ("Applicable Law"). CyberSaps has no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the Materials on the Walsall Schools’ Weblogs is at your risk, and you are advised to take adequate precautions to minimise any loss to your system caused by Rogue Programming, including use of anti-virus programmes and proper backup of files.
5. Posting You are responsible for anything you or your students post on to the Walsall Schools’ Weblogs. CyberSaps does not have any obligation to monitor or control content that may be posted on the Walsall Schools’ Weblogs Website. However, the Walsall Schools’ Weblogs are mediated by appointed Walsall Schools’ Weblogs mediators, and CyberSaps reserve the right to refuse to post or to remove any content that is, in their sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable or in violation of these Terms of Use.
6. Disclaimer Of Warranties The Walsall Schools’ Weblogs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
